Shipping

For coffee products, most products are shipped in curbside recyclable mailers and boxes via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders ship the same day the coffee is roasted (typically the day after the order is placed) and packed and are generally delivered to customers in 2-5 business days.

For all merchandise, shipping speed varies by the selected shipping option. A separate shipping notification will be provided via email if a coffee and merchandise order was placed together.

 

Holiday Orders

Shipping times may be delayed due to the holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is processed.

 

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there’s an issue with quality, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly make it right with a replacement or refund.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you run into an issue, contact us, and we’ll do our best to help track it down.

 

Printed Products (Mugs, Cups, Totes, T-Shirts, Hoodies, Etc.)

Free reprints or refunds will be provided if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery due to a manufacturing error or damage. Returns or exchanges will not be provided for products that are not damaged or defective including wrong size, color, or customer change of mind.

 

Sustainability

Sustainability is the foundation of our company, with a mission to reduce our pawprint. With the owner's professional background and passion for sustainability, we constantly monitor everything we do to ensure efficiency and long-term sustainability. We encourage bringing reusable mugs to our events, we also utilize biodegradable cups, recycle packaging, and give back to local charities. All of our processes are designed to have as minimal an impact as possible. Most coffee products are sold in compostable packaging. We are actively looking for ways to offset our carbon footprint and become a carbon-neutral coffee company.
